Our Working Process
Step 1: Customer Consultation
After receiving information from the customer, CenHouse will contact the customer to provide an initial consultation regarding the project. If the customer is located in London, we will arrange an appointment for a CenHouse engineer to visit the property for inspection and survey. After the inspection, the CenHouse engineer will provide further consultation to the customer. Customers may purchase materials themselves following CenHouse’s guidance, or we can provide a complete package including material supply, design, and construction services. CenHouse’s cost estimation specialist will compile the full scope of work and prepare a detailed quotation for the customer. Both parties will then discuss and proceed to sign the construction contract.
Step 2: Contract Signing
After consultation and quotation submission, if the customer chooses CenHouse, we will send the design and construction contract to the customer. Both parties will discuss and proceed with signing the agreement. After receiving the first deposit payment according to the contract, CenHouse will arrange for an architect to visit the property for a second detailed survey to take measurements and collect accurate project specifications. From there, the design documentation and drawings will be developed.
Step 3: Design Delivery and Construction
After handing over the project documentation, CenHouse will prepare the project design and send it to the customer. If the customer uses our full house renovation or full shop renovation service, we will provide a FREE 3D design for the project. CenHouse will then proceed with the construction according to the timeline agreed upon in the contract.
Step 4: Project Finalization
After completing all construction work, the construction supervisor from CenHouse will invite the customer to inspect and approve the project, sign the acceptance documents, and proceed with project settlement. The customer will then complete the payment and finalize the construction contract.
